WARNING: You must use conventional file names for files you upload to Blackboard. Do not include any spaces or special characters in the file name. Special characters include any characters requiring you to press the shift-key and a number-key on the keyboard as well as bracket-keys or slashes.

Configure your browser's cache.

Enable cookies (choose your Browser)
Internet Explorer; Firefox; Netscape 7; Netscape 8; Safari

Turn-off pop-up blocker(choose your Browser)
Pop up blocking software will disable some functionalities of Blackboard.
Either disable pop-up blocking software while using Blackboard or set it to accept pop-ups from http://blackboard.bradley.edu
If you don't set the above, you may not be able to take quizzes, open documents or see instructions that get loaded in pop-up windows.
