Printing PowerPoint
PowerPoint is a Microsoft application. If you use Internet
Explorer and a Windows operating system, it is likely that
Internet Explorer will display PowerPoint slides right there
on the web page. Those using Netscape or Macintosh operating
systems will not see PowerPoint slides displayed, but rather
the slide presentation will be downloaded or saved to their
computer to be openned in PowerPoint.
In order to print PowerPoint slides, you will want to be
able to open them in PowerPoint to access the many print options
available. If you click the link to the slides and are shown
the slides in your browser, there is a way you can still print
the slides --
1. Hit the Back button to go back to where you see the link
to the slides.
2. Right click (Windows) or Control click (Mac) and choose
Save As or Download Link To Disk.
3. Choose where to save the file.
4. Go to your computer where you just saved the file and
open the file in PowerPoint.
5. Use the Print commands in PowerPoint to print handouts.
