and use Blackboard on its support website "Behind the
Blackboard." You will need to create a user name and
password to access this site.

Using "Behind the Blackboard" help site
You can access self-study tutorials
from within Blackboard.
1. From your course Control Panel, click
"Support".
2. You should automatically be taken to the Facutly Support page. If not, please go to the Support tab at the top and choose Faculty. Next, look for the Documentation column.
3. Helpful links in the Documentation column:
-Knowledge Base
A searchable area of the Support Site that contains articles developed both by Blackboard and by its customers; article content ranges from tips and tricks to workarounds to known issues and, if applicable, fixes.
-Reference Center
Allows you to search for specific published Blackboard documents.
-Ask Dr. C
A Blackboard Community forum that allows you to ask questions and receive replies from other users.
