viewing of PDFs(Portable Document File).

Java is required for some components of
Blackboard including Virtual Classroom and WebEQ.

QuickTime Player
Quicktime can be used as a standalone or as an
online viewer for Quicktime format movie files.

Windows Media Player
Windows Media Player is a standalone or online
movie file viewer for different types of media. Go to the Windows Download Center and search for Windows Media in the drop-down menu. Choose "Go". Choose the appropriate application for your system.

Shockwave and Flash Players
Shockwave/Flash Players are online applications which allow
the user to view and interact with multimedia presentations.

Real Player
Real Player serves as a standalone or
online player for multimedia files. Choose "Free Real One Player" in upper right.

PowerPoint Viewer
The Microsoft Power Point Viewer serves as a standalone or online
application for the purpose of viewing a Power Point presentation. Go to the Windows Download Center and search for PowerPoint in the drop-down menu. Choose "Go". Choose the appropriate application for your system.

Word Viewer
With the Microsoft Word Viewer 97/2000, Microsoft Word
users can share documents with those who do not have Word
and users without Word can open and view Word documents. Go to the Windows Download Center and search for Word in the drop-down menu. Choose "Go". Choose the appropriate application for your system.
